A body was recovered from the waters off a dock in Island Park, authorities announced on Wednesday, April 9. Nassau County police officers responded to the area of Railroad Place at 11:05 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, after receiving a report of a body in the water, according to the Homicide Squad.
